Preparing for the Proposed FSMA 204 Rule with Chick-fil-A

Watch FoodLogiQ’s on-demand webinar on how to prepare for the FDA's proposed traceability rule with industry leader Chick-fil-A.

Section 204 of the Food Safety Modernization Act instructs the FDA to develop additional recordkeeping requirements for certain foods to help establish clear tracing of a food product's source when needed to address food safety risks. In the proposed rule, the FDA encourages firms to maintain required traceability information in a single electronic system.

As many food businesses are assigning FSMA 204 program managers and evaluating solutions for enhanced record keeping, it's important to understand how mature traceability programs have been built, managed, and what their teams are doing to prepare for these proposed compliance mandates.

Join FoodLogiQ and Chick-fil-A for a webinar on June 24th to learn about tech-enabled traceability and how leading brands are preparing for the FDA's proposed requirements. Learn how Chick-fil-A's Supply Chain Systems Product Lead, Ryan Peters, is preparing for the proposal by leveraging GS1 Standards and utilizing FoodLogiQ Track + Trace for data capture, as well as operational efficiencies.

FoodLogiQ's VP of Supply Chain Strategy and Insights Julie McGill will provide an overview of the proposed rule, considerations for implementation, Critical Tracking Events, and how technology can support greater visibility and agility when it comes to traceability.
