Blake Harris from the Institute of Food Technologies (IFT) will share an update on how IFT is working with the industry to help address global food traceability challenges and opportunities across the supply chain.
Blake Harris is the Sr. Food Traceability Manager for IFT. With over a decade of experience in the supply chain management field, he has worked in a variety of functions at NGOs and private sector organizations. Blake specializes in the connection of traceability and technology particularly as it relates to improving the digitization of data. Blake has experience working with stakeholders across the supply chain from farmers to regulatory agencies and retailers and enjoys working through complicated problems to develop effective and simple solutions.
