At Trustwell, we're committed to continually advancing our tools to support food safety, supply chain transparency, and operational efficiency. The Summer 2024 release introduces significant enhancements to FoodLogiQ Compliance, Traceability, and Recall—empowering our users with new capabilities for managing their operations with confidence. Here's an overview of the key updates:
The centerpiece of this release is our revamped Investigations interface within FoodLogiQ Traceability. This powerful tool now allows users to track products at a batch-lot level, identify gaps in Critical Tracking Event (CTE) data, and initiate withdrawals directly from investigations. Users can view the movement of products through both timeline and map views, offering a comprehensive perspective on traceability.
Additionally, traceability data from an investigation can be exported right from the investigation in a compliant, sortable spreadsheet format. This ensures that all necessary event, location, and product information is FDA-compliant and ready for upload, in line with section 204 of the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).
Another key enhancement in this release is the introduction of role-based dashboards. Administrators can now create and assign customized dashboards based on specific user roles. Admins can create, customize, and assign dashboards with the appropriate widgets and information required by certain roles within their organization, and can choose whether to make the new dashboard the default, or simply make it available for certain team members to use.
Continuing our focus on quality, the Summer 2024 release brings expanded functionality to the customizable supplier scorecards within FoodLogiQ Compliance. These enhancements include:
We’ve added a brand new functionality to FoodLogiQ Recall to help you manage recalls and withdrawals more efficiently; users will now have the ability to copy an existing recall or withdrawal. This feature allows you to quickly replicate a previous withdrawal, saving time and reducing the potential for errors.
When copying a recall or withdrawal, users will select a specific withdrawal template to configure the associated communications, ensuring consistency in your outreach. You can also assign a new name to the copy and choose which information from the existing withdrawal you’d like to retain. Options include keeping details like the Options and Details, Products, and/or Locations from the original withdrawal.
These enhancements make it easier to manage recalls and withdrawals, allowing you to respond more swiftly and effectively when action is needed.
